Service Description
This single-time course is a forty minute session of learning for parents and teens together. Students will learn about the female reproductive system, and why ovulation is a vital sign of health. You will also learn basics of charting as a teen, identifying cycle phases and how to create a healthy lifestyle! Parents will take home my 25-page interactive workbook to continue an open discussion about creating a healthy lifestyle and reproductive health even after leaving the class session. If you are with a school, church or summer camp group, please inquire about group/discounted rates per child before booking.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are requested until approved. Location is assumed virtual unless client chooses to reach out about an in-person location. In-person teaching is taken at the discretion of the teacher.
